A series of referendums on Andalusian membership in the EAS and it's various institutions took place between January 10th and 14th. The independence referendum question, which voters answered with "Remain" or "Leave", was "Should Andalus remain or leave the East Althenian Sphere?" The "Leave" side won, with 51.8% voting for a split with the EAS and 48.2% voting in against. However the result of this and the subsequent polls did not achieve the required 75% turnout by Andalusian law, and thus were not legally-binding.
