Kotaro-sama's New Year (小太郎様の正月 Kotaro-sama no Shogatsu?) is an annual television special in Okaiken that airs every New Year's Eve on KTK. The special prominently features coverage of its annual countdown event, along with live and pre-recorded musical performances by popular musicians from OKDOME, the waterfront of Okami and Toyozawa, respectively.

Its creator and its namesake is the Sanese comedian and the host of Sanma, one of the most watched variety shows in Okaiken. It was conceived in 2000 during the so-called "O-pop mania" and a more younger-skewing competitor to FNS's Shougatsu series and Toyozawa Television's Kouhaku Uta Gassen (the program itself moved to KTK in 2001.)
